Hopefully by now you’ve seen Senior Editor Anthony Layser’s first interview with Burning Love bachelor Ken Marino, who’s also the lead in the horror-comedy Milo, which had its world premiere at SXSW in Austin. Yeah. Rough start. Wrong foot. But here’s round two in which they talk about Ken’s film Milo. It’s been described as a throwback to the scary creature flicks of the ’80s and ’90s like Gremlins, Critters, etc. Here’s the official synopsis from the official SXSW site – “A man (played by Ken) discovers that his chronic stomach problems are due to the fact that he has a demon baby living in his colon.”

There’s no way I was going to leave it off our list of SXSW film premieres you should keep an eye on. I mean, strange intestinal creatures? I’m pretty sure I have one of those and Ken-doll over here beat me to the punch. But for every Jaws, there needs to be an Orca. This could be my Orca. So bad that it’s good.

I also just learned that Gillian Jacobs is a “teetotaler” according to Wikipedia. After this weekend, I think I might consider becoming one as well. My intestinal creature won’t be happy about that, but things change. Deal with it (*cue 8-bit sunglasses falling onto my face*).
