December 14th is Monkey Day. It’s a day to get bananas, to monkey around, to throw your own feces and drink your own urine. Okay, maybe not. What is it about monkeys that makes them so lovable? Though, after seeing Rise of the Planet of the Apes, I’ve kept my eye on monkeys – especially the ones that can sign language. I’m not buying your cute act, Curious George. That monkey in The Hangover Part II was pretty bad-ass, though. I’d probably party with him. You’re gonna want to pick up a primate of your own after scoping these funkeys aka ‘funny monkeys’.

1. Jealous Monkey Fails Attack

Excellent dismount. Kayla Maroney could learn a thing or two. She’s still unimpressed.

2. Kung Fu Monkey

Word is this hairy guy was bullied in school. Now, he’s out for revenge.

3. Monkey Motorcycle Gang

Simians of Anarchy? Yup.

4. IKEA Monkey

Best part is he knows how to assemble furniture. Only costs 1 ‘nana. And he’s Swedish, so he’s prob got the hook up with the bikini team over there.

5. Smoking Monkey

Apparently, this guy hasn’t seen any of those “Truth” commercials. Get him some gum and a patch. Maybe some electronic cigarettes. If they’re good enough for Stephen Dorff, they’re good enough for our primate friend.

6. Monkey Bar Fail

Yeah, I know. Not monkeys. But monkey-related. Monkey bars used to be fun when I didn’t weigh two-hundo. These just a dose of what goes on in the bowels of gay clubs.

7. Will Ferrell & John C. Reilly Choose Animals

I gotta believe a monkey could school a lion. Hate to use a reference twice, but it’s not Rise of the Planet of the Lions. Detroit should think about changing their football team’s name.
