The Jukebox & many other things
Hello there,
Those last weeks we’ve been elaborating a revolutionary tool, the Jukebox !
The Jukebox is a very simple tool allowing you to have an interactive WebTV on your blog or website.
By allowing upload in your groups directly from the Jukebox, your visitors will be able to react to your videos easily and instantaneously !

What we also did for this major release was improving some of the pages and add a new widget :
- A new Player Page with a bigger player
- A new videolist template with duration and ratings display
- A new way to spread your videos around the world with services like Digg, del.icio.us, furl, etc.

Ces dernières semaines, nous avons travaillé sur un outil révolutionnaire, le Jukebox !
Le Jukebox est un outil très simple vous permettant d’avoir dans votre blog ou votre site web une WebTV intéractive.
En ajoutant la fonction d’upload dans vos groupes depuis le Jukebox, vos visiteurs pourront réagir à vos vidéos en envoyant les leurs en quelques clics sans avoir à quitter votre site !

Nous avons aussi améliorer le design de vos pages et ajouter un nouveau widget :
- Une nouvelle page “player” avec un lecteur bien plus grand
- Une nouvelle page liste qui affiche les votes et la durée des vidéos
- Un nouveau moyen de faire buzzer vos vidéos grâce à des services comme Digg, de.licio.us, furl, etc.

It is 39 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 431 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on. Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?
FOR TECHNICAL REASONS AND IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE HANDLING OF YOUR
FEEDBACK BY OUR TEAMS, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS MAIL DIRECTLY BY CLICKING
THE “REPLY” BUTTON OF YOUR MAIL CLIENT.
OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE PROPER TREATMENT OF YOUR REQUEST.
It seems that the policy of Dailymotion is to ignore all legitimate communications until the account member gives up. I am not going to give up.
Dailymotion considers that a single member is not worth the effort yet states the following,
The information sent to Dailymotion is collected and processed according to current law governing Internet service providers. According to applicable law, at any time you are entitled to access, modify, correct or delete your personal data by requesting to do so via the “Contact Us” section.

My jukebox’s on my site was working fine for months and then all of a sudden the scrollbar to scroll topick which video to play has disappeard. I am not sure if this is a problem with the settings on my computer or a dailymotion bug but please someone help me out. All my over 100 jukebox’s are now worthless if I can scroll the videos up and down.

As of July 23rd the Jukebox is still not working on myspace. I loved the look & feel of the Jukebox but if you can’t use it what good is it ? This is too neat of a good thing just to be laying there dormant. Is it possible for me to change the code? I tried changing it to object but got an empty page & I have emailed Dailymotion with no response as of yet….

The Jukebox is not an embed, it’s an iframe. MySpace doesn’t accept iframe. We are aware of the problem. We are working on it.

on my site the jukebox doesnt work on piczo or myspace but the emmbeding for vids DO! what is the problem?

i can not get the new jukebox to work in my blogs. the problem is that my blog sites do not support iframe. sometime in the future can you include a code option for embeded objects.

Concernant le Buzz pour quoi ne pas avoir ajouter les digg likes francais comme Fuzz, scoopeo, etc… ?
En tous cas l’interface est bien mieux comme ca
