Hi,
I began my registration process but couldn’t complete because I inadvertently added an extra letter to my email account provider. I therefore did not receive a confirmation email and cannot complete the process for access to a feedback form. Hope you can straighten this out for me. Thanks

I’d love to know why you so abruptly disabled my account yesterday. Nothing I posted violated your ‘prohibited content’ categories, yet the account was shut down without warning. I emailed you asking why, but you haven’t taken the trouble to answer.

Hi Dailymotion,
I have been uploading video tutorials for the past 2 weeks for my website http://www.3dtut.webs.com ,the account i am using is in my email id but my had friend created it and had been using it, I have faced the following problems likely:-
1)My videos are uploaded HD and i am a motion maker but my video doesn’t show up in HD every-time (Only one so far)
2)I am a motion maker but my content is not shown as creative content
3)My friend has viewed explicit content with my ID and i would like to clear it from my channel
4)And lastly i would like to change my username from “sanjayiluvu” (without quotes) to “3dtutorials” (without quotes)

Your Feedback seems to have a bug in it. Everytime I submit my feedback, the page refreshes with the Captcha code highlighted, claiming it needs to be copied exactly. I copied it exactly at least 7 times now, each time only getting sent back to the same result.
I needed to leave feedback because when I click on the Login link, the username and password boxes open and I click OK to login but nothing changes. If I then try to check “My Channel”, it asks me to login again. If I try logging in from there, it still does nothing. I disabled my firewall and tried it and still the same result.

I’ve now requested that my account be deleted 8 times, twice with internat explorer and 6 times with firefox. Why am I still receiving emails from people I don’t kow wanting to be my video buddy? I’m not interested.

I don’t know how many times I have asked you to delete my account. At your support page it says to click here to contact support staff and all it does is take me back to the original page. Please delete my account.

This is great but it still doesn’t help with the one thing everybody wants to know about and that is why are some videos rejected and then our accounts disabled without warning? I’ve spoken to loads of people on Dailymotion about this and this is the one thing everybody gets frustrated with the most. I’ve uploaded a video on one account and it gets accepted fine. I’ve then tried to upload it on another account and it gets rejected! I’ve even seen the video uploaded by many different people here so why on earth does it get rejected on this one occasion?
Then there’s the matter of having your account disabled. This is so annoying if you’ve saved extensive playlists, favourites, and have loads of friends as you lose the lot. There’s no indication of how many videos you have to have rejected before your account is disabled, and there’s no warning about it to at least give you a chance! Considering as I mentioned earlier the decision to reject videos seems completely random in some cases this is really unfair. Can’t something be done about this? At least give us some information!

I don’t no whats going but i can upload videos but they will not publish at all I have had 4 videos in the publishing mode for 3 weeks now. I have sent you emails about the problem and have 1 reply 2 weeks ago stating that you trying to fix it. What is the problem I seem to be the only one with this problem

dailymotion sucks. I’ve had the same experience as the above people with my videos being rejected and my account disabled without warning. Clearly other people are uploading content far more explicit than what I had and yet my account was disabled. there is no explanation, there is no reason. Dailymotion sucks. move on people.

I cannot get into my account melonooo, I ask to be connected. I am told to change password for account melon000, I do not have account melon000, my account is melonooo. I am told that my email address is not recognised. Could you please reactivate my email address melon666@fsmail.net and reactivate my account melonooo. Thanks.

You say that my account melonooo has a totally different email address to the one I have used for the past year. I did not change the email address. Up to the 5th of January 2009 notices were sent by you to that email address. Then on the 5th January 2009, I could not get into the account in the afternoon, even though I used it during the morning. As I have over 4000 friends, I do not want to start again and loose all my messages. Is there anyone who is prepared to look into this problem for me? I have sent proof of notices sent by you to my email address melon666@fsmail.net regarding my account melonooo. What more can I do? Thanks

Every email I send, I send evidence that Dailymotion sent notices to my email address melon666@fsmail.net showing my account melonooo. Every reply says they cannot help as there is a different email address to the account melonooo. Every time I send a request to change the password to account melonooo, I am unable to change the password because Dailymotion does not recognise my email address of melon666@fsmail.net. I have sent my personal details including my name, place of birth & DOB. What else can I do?

It’’s not really down.
It only looks like some complete IP ranges seems to be blocked. In my case some IP ranges from the netherlands

Dailymotion has been down for me for days.. all http requests time out. At first I thought it was dailymotion itself that was down, but using some random proxies and I can see that it’s still up, just not for me. So I though maybe I was blocked (maybe I used it too much), so I switched my IP address, I also tried using my ISP’s proxy, but it’s still blocked for me. I considered that my ISP could be blocking dailymotion - but this is very unlikely as my ISP has a very liberal reputation.
But then I see these other comments, so dailymotion has randomly blocked alot of random IP address ranges worldwide - why?? I’m in Canada, and I see another commenter in the Netherlands with their IP address ranges blocked. There can’t be any good reason for this, please look into it.

I tried to register to make a comment on the Angel Bird thing from petsmart….It is total bull s–t… I am part of the petsmart family here in Canada and there are no such facilities here to raise or treat sick animals here like that….We spend our money at a proper VET.. and have taken many a hamster, bird etc.. to the vet for more money paid out than the hamster or bird etc. would sell for….so get your info right…..that just makes me angry…as does the treatment of Angel…ahhhh!
I could not leave a response..because it would not accept my username….looks like not the first time for that either… might want to look into that too…B S to your site and the garbage video’s… it does more harm than good…Petsmart does not treat their animals that way….
