Introducing VideoZap!
We noticed that you, our users, have taken a shine to the VideoWall since we released it almost a year ago. Some of you suggested it would be a great way to control a video player - and we couldn’t agree more.
This is why today we are happy to announce the release of VideoZap. Think of it as a lightweight, image-based remote control - a “zapper”, as they called remotes back in the day.
To create your VideoZap, visit the factory page and choose your settings in the grey panel on the right of the page. Select the list of videos you want - it could be featured videos, a user’s videos, even search results (just drop the desired URL into the correct field) - decide where you want the remote to appear, how big it should be, and how the tiles are spaced. Click “Generate code”, copy the chunk of code that appears in the box above your VideoZap, and paste it wherever you want it to appear on your website or blog (keep in mind that the destination site must support iframes).
We really like this new tool and hope you will too. As always, please leave us feedback in the comments of this post.
Enjoy!

Question though, what is “Customisation URL” for, in the VideoZap editing menu?

I love it but I would like to see more rows & columns for a larger number of total videos (at least as much as the video wall).
Other than that it is perfect and I am so happy you guys have made this!

Very cool gadget (widget). I look forward to aply another skin…. I put in the ’skin’-field “black” but the background remains white..
How can I apply another skin (or colors)?

Great! Thanks for this widget. Very usable. I would love to see some pre-set skins for this as I don’t know how to chance the blue bar to something else
And the full screen button doesn’t work for me.

It is 32 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 301 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on. Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?
