Dailymotion on the iPhone…and Skype!
Hey Everybody!
Dailymotion has two bits of interesting news for all you out there in Internet land.
First off - Dailymotion is available on the iPhone! This coveted device may not be available outside of the US (yet), but that doesn’t mean we aren’t looking out for the early adopters and gadget-heads across the pond. To check it out, simply point your iPhone to iphone.dailymotion.com. There you can browse by featured videos, channel, top-rated, or most recent uploads. Click a thumbnail in any of these lists, then tap anywhere within the player and, as we say over here, voilà! - Dailymotion in your pocket. The best part is, because our videos are Quicktime-encoded, they run on Safari without needing a Flash player. To see Dailymotion in action on the iPhone, take a look at the video here. These videos are selected for each region, exclusively for Skype, with new ones featured each week. If you are a MotionMaker, your Creative Content is eligible to be featured to this new audience: 220 million Skype users wordwide! Soon, anyone will be able to submit their own mood videos to a special Dailymotion group for the chance to be featured on Skype. You can download the new version of Skype here.

I am running a jailbroken 1.1.4 firmware and most videos don’t ever show a “play” icon, or play when I visit iPhone.dailymotion. And when I try to view anything with explicit content you cannot even read what it says, or do anything like log in to age verify. WTF, I can’t find any support info relevantly close to helping. Have you even tried it from an iPhone? Anyone?

I just upgrade my iphone too the new 2.0 version and daily motion loads fine and shows the video capture in the normal box but when you click to watch it a small blue box shows up in the middle of the screen with questionb marks just like non formatted videos

It is 39 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 431 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on. Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?

It seems that the policy of Dailymotion is to ignore all legitimate communications until the account member gives up. I am not going to give up.
