Why was this message sent to me Kendy?

It is 39 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 431 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on. Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?

Terms of Use has really watered down this site. A video site should be able to show anything the viewer wants if its not illegal. There are plenty of sites that do what you do now. You just joined the average joes

Dailymotion i think had something good going for it and then they actually started enforcing there ToU (Terms of Use) which will remove a majority of there content from there site which eventually make it sub-par, at least compared to the States. In either case one reason i think one people visited this site was due to the easy accessible pornographic content and the complete series of anything we wanted to watch (ex: South Park). I'm sorry dailymotion has lost it's luster not only for me but a good avenue of there viewers.

Good luck though :).

It's really lame how Dailymotion keeps trying to compare itself youtube as if it's something special. "Get off of youtubes cock" as they would say and just do your own thing. Who cares if more French people view Dailymotion than youtube anyway. The only people that care about France are French. Just because Dailymotion is European and not American does that make it superior to youtube? Are you people trying to imply that Europe is better than America or something (I'm referring to that video comparing Dailymotion to youtube that's on the front page with he two women)?

I would wager, without even looking, that the vast majority of those sites in the Alexa top 20 French viewed sites are American and not French and the number one site is Google. Am I right?

Dailymotion will never be as big as youtube so you guys can keep dreaming. 16,000,000 views a day compared to youtube's 100,000,000? Please. It's going to take a lot more than a bunch of French people to make Dailymotion more relevant.
