Why was this message sent to me Kendy?

It is 39 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 431 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net 
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on.  Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?

		<description>Faut pas déconné non plus... C'était pas illisible ou alors tu as vraiment un problème de vision, le thème gris pour le nouvel Archos été sympa c'était pour marqué le coup pas besoin de râler pour si peu...

Par contre là ou on peut râler c'est au niveau des news écris uniquement en anglais depuis quelque temps alors que le site est encore Français jusqu'à preuve du contraire non ?
Flickr et Youtube passe en version Français alors que Daily passe en mode Anglais pour le blog :&#124;

Pour Messieurs de chez DailyMotion ce besoin d'écrire uniquement en Anglais ? Les Français ne sont plus assez bien pour qu'on leur traduise les notes ? La population anglophone est mieux ?

I found a solution to the problem and now everything is working fine. Basically I realised my other laptop had a newer version of abode flash player.  I have selected a video and on the video screen I right clicked there are two options the first one is settings and the second is about adobe flash player click on the second one. Once youve clickd it will display the version you have. just below the tables click on player download center and click install now. It only take a minute or two . then just restart your computer. I hope you are successful as i have been.</description>

The same thing happened to me three days ago whenever I tried to zoom the screen it won't do it and an x appears on the top left corner. Additionally in the bottom corner it displays a note that there is an error on the page. I think perharps dailymotion has updated their software and we may need a newer version of the acrobat windows. I do not experience any problem with my other laptop so either someone has tempered with the setting of my computer or else. I hope this resolves itself rapidily.</description>
