Basically I realised my other laptop had a newer version of abode flash player. I have selected a video and on the video screen I right clicked there are two options the first one is settings and the second is about adobe flash player click on the second one. Once youve clickd it will display the version you have. just below the tables click on player download center and click install now. It only take a minute or two . then just restart your computer.
