Why was this message sent to me Kendy?

It is 39 days since I made a complaint. I have sent 431 emails so far.
I have asked for someone out of 120 employees, to take responsibility and investigate my complaint as I can prove that the account melonooo belongs to me and me alone. I have over 4000 friends and I don’t want to loose all my messages. My account has been given to someone else, with a different email address from the email address I have used for the past year melon666@fsmail.net and now has access to my personal details. How is it that new friends are being accepted without my agreement? All the evidence is there for you to see. I have proved that you have sent notifications for account melonooo to my email address melon666@fsmail.net
I have now been told that Dailymotion will ignore my complaint and any questions from now on. Why do you refuse to abide by your own rules as stated below?

It seems that the policy of Dailymotion is to ignore all legitimate communications until the account member gives up. I am not going to give up.
Dailymotion considers that a single member is not worth the effort yet states the following,
The information sent to Dailymotion is collected and processed according to current law governing Internet service providers. According to applicable law, at any time you are entitled to access, modify, correct or delete your personal data by requesting to do so via the “Contact Us” section.

J’avais le même problème après avoir installé une mise à jour windows.
J’ai essayé avec Netcape 8.1.3 et ca fonctionne de nouveau. plus de prob pour uploader.
Par contre, problème tjrs présent sous IE.

bonjour. Meme problème qui m’insuporte !!! je viens de créer une page dailymotion et impossible d’uploader mes vidéos sous format quicktime . je clique sur envoyer apres avoir choisi mon fichier et rien du tout ne se passe. Aidez moi silvouplait ! Sa m’énerve mes amis arrivent et pas moi

pour l’erreur 12152, toujours rien de nouveau, par contre, la montée de la vidéo ne ralentit plus lorsque Zone Alarm est coupé. Minimum requis, le pare-feu Windows activé, pour la sécurité de la mobylette contre les pirates, et pas de surf sur des sites pendant ce temps.

Pour rester “connecté” (logged in), cliquer sur différentes pages de Dailymotion dans une autre fenêtre, afin que le cookie n’arrive pas à expiration.

C’est tout ce que j’ai trouvé pour l’instant.

Avec Internet Explorer 7, j’ai l’erreur 12152, mais de cliquer OK suffit pour continuer la montée de la vidéo. Avec Firefox 2.0.0.3, pas d’erreur numérotée, mais la montée qui commence à 63 ko ralentit de plus en plus de façon beaucoup plus marquée qu’avec internet explorer, et lorsque toute la vidéo a fini de passer, au lieu de la page formulaire, il y a un message qui indique que pour faire ça, il faut être logged in.
